Dust Mite Tips
It is best to minimize exposure to the dust mite, especially in the bedroom to control allergic symptoms. The bedroom is the most important room since most people spend so much time of each day there. The Mattresses, box springs, and pillows should be enclosed in zippered dust mite covers. Your own sheets should be used over these covers and washed in hot water or put in a dryer every week to kill dust mites. Eczema and Dry Skin Tips
Wool fibers and clothes make of other scratchy, rough materials make eczema worse. Cotton clothes should be worn as much as
possible. Avoid triggers that cause eczema to flare up, such as: excessive heat, sweating, excessive cold, dry air (use a humidifier),
chlorine, harsh chemicals, and soaps. Never use bubble bath. Also, keep your child from grass and skin contact during grass
pollenseason (May and June). Keep your child away form anyone with fever blisters since the herpes virus can cause a serious
skin infection. During pregnancy fish intake (low mercury fish), lactobacillus intake and vitamin D intake correlates with decreased

Pet Allergy Tips
Pets can cause problems to allergic patients in several ways. Their dander (skin flakes), saliva, and urine can cause an allergic
